To purchase items from our site, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Login
Now you should be at the "Account Login" page. Please login to your account if you are a returning customer. If you forget your password, we will email it to you if you click Forgot your password?
New customers will need to create an account. For setting up your new account, please click here. Please note that if you have trouble logging in as a new customer, you should try logging in as a returning customer.
Step 2: Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
1. Find an item that you are interested in.2. Click on the "Add to Cart" button on the item’s product information page to place them in your shopping cart.3. From your cart you can either click the "Check out" button, or adding items to your Shpping Cart by clicking "Continue shopping" to continue shopping.4. Continue searching and adding items to your cart until you are ready to make your purchase.5. Click the "Check out" button in your shopping cart once you finish shopping.
You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping cart" icon located at the top right of any page. If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser.
Step 3: Go to Checkout
Please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure the items are correct in size, color, and quantity. When you are ready to proceed with your order, click the "Checkout" button either in your cart or at the top right of any page.
Step 4: Options at Shipping Page
After click "checkout" button, you will go to the shipping page, you need to confirm/edit the information as below:
1. Confirm or edit your Billing and Shipping Address. You will see your Billing & Shipping information on the shopping page. Please confirm or edit your billing and shipping address. Your billing address must matches the address listed with your credit card company.2. Choose your Shipping Option. You will see your shipping method and your estimated delivery time. You can edit the shipping method by clicking the "edit" next to the "Shipping Methods". The shipping insurance also can be selected.3. Select a Payment Option.The payment option is the last section to complete. Please select your method of payment from the list of acceptable payment methods.
Your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is submitted. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.
Step 5: Review & Submit Order
After click "Review Order" button at shipping page, you will go to the review page. Please review all the information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click "Pay Now" to complete the placement of your order. DO NOT DOUBLE-CLICK OR THE SYSTEM WILL DUPLICATE YOUR ORDER. An order confirmation will appear on your screen that shows your invoice and gives you your invoice number.
We recommend printing out a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. A copy of your order will be emailed to you immediately after submitting your order.
